By using DrawTool.ai you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.

Using the tool

DrawTool.ai is free to use, with no account. You may use it for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. Please do not try to break it, overload it, or use it to harm others or the site.

Your drawings

What you draw is yours. It stays on your device and we never receive it, so we cannot recover it for you. Download it if you want to keep it.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means you would like to hear from us about DrawTool.ai. Please only enter your own email address, and do not use automated tools to add addresses. You can ask to be removed at any time. See the privacy notice.

Planned features

Sketch-to-image and automatic cleanup are planned. They are not available yet, and we do not promise when, or whether, they will be.

No guarantees

DrawTool.ai is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it working, but we do not promise that it will always work, and we are not liable for losses that come from using it or from it being unavailable, to the extent the law allows.

Changes and sale

We may change, pause or stop the service. The DrawTool.ai domain is for sale, and we may sell or transfer the domain, the site and the waitlist to someone else. These terms then apply to the new owner in the same way. If we can, we will tell people on the waitlist by email first. They can ask to be removed at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
